A home baked birthday cake
Chef Hayley’s home baked cake for 10 guests. Rich chocolate, classic Victoria sponge, lemon drizzle or another non-iced favourite – with candles if you require.
Room or table dressing
Balloons and elegant room or table décor.
Flowers & bouquets
Hand-tied bouquets, table centres or in-suite flower arrangements.

Chilled Champagne bottle
Chilled Champagne on ice in your suite or the Dome Room.
Cheese & charcuterie board
A generous selection of Cumbrian cheeses, charcuterie and seasonal accompaniments.

Backpackers’ picnic
Hayley’s walking picnic is light but filling. Gluten-free where necessary. A day’s notice is required.

A cocktail experience in the Dome Room with a visiting mixologist or wine tasting with host Dave and complimentary canapes by chef Hayley.

How do I add extras to my stay?
Simply tell us what you’d like when you enquire or book. We’ll confirm availability and arrange everything before you arrive. Payment for some activities may be required in advance to secure your booking.
Do I pay for experiences on top of my room rate?
Yes, you pay for services provided by our trusted partners direct to them. For in-house experiences we will add the cost to your stay where required, payment will be due on check out.
Can experiences be arranged at short notice?
Very often yes, but advance booking and notice is strongly recommended.
